31 Great Marlborough Street is a gateway building to world-famous Carnaby Street. A prominent corner plot sitting right in the thick of the action. The offices here are spread over three floors, with a large roof terrace on the fourth. This space is ideal for a creative company looking to make a stylish statement of intent for their business. Our task was to encapsulate all the remarkable essence of Carnaby, recognising it as the iconic destination location that it is, as well as creating a campaign that would bring to Carnaby the right type of occupier. After scratching our heads, we came up with Hairstyles. Carnaby Street has been Soho’s epicentre for cultural ‘trend setters’ since the late 1950’s. We used hairstyles to snapshot the generations of trendsetters that have hung out, shopped and worked in and around Carnaby Street. The message was simple – is your business setting trends? Then this is the place you really need to be.
