The space at 7 Bishopsgate was large and in a good location but had been overlooked for a while. We were tasked with bringing attention back to this exciting opportunity. So, we came up with a novel way of promoting this newly refurbished office space, with its modern flexible terms and great central location.
A pizza. A pizza delivered to local agents. Boxed in bespoke ‘Memphis’ style packaging, our hot pizzas were delivered to addresses right across the capital. The interior of the building, along with a website and brochure, were beautifully designed in unique eighties style, and all visitors to 7 Bishopsgate were given branded Liquorice Allsorts to take away. This playful campaign had serious results. Shortly after the campaign was launched the space was successfully let.
