Dorrington are a brave creative developer who re-purpose buildings sympathetically in accordance to their heritage. And because they are also extremely trusting in their creative partners, it leads to bold and impactful marketing campaigns. 200 Great Dover Street was an example. This large 1960’s block was brilliantly re-purposed so a complementary marketing campaign was required. Placing the Eiffel Eames chairs in a graphical line for a point of interest, while also aiding the eye to understand scale, created an identity that Dorrington went on to use across their portfolio.
