Project Description
90 Bartholomew Close
A new office blueprint
In its former life, 90 Bartholomew Close was a lino factory. In the heart of trend-setting Smithfield, we wanted the marketing campaign to evoke the unique, stylish, and super cool swagger of the area itself! In homage to the building’s beginnings, we commissioned a linocut artist to produce four bespoke pieces that we used throughout the marketing campaign. Eye-catching, memorable, distinctive – just like the contemporary and stylish office space and its surroundings.
Helical went on to open an all-day bar and restaurant at street level, with the aptly named LINO, focused on British produce and ingredients, winning multiple awards. The successful pre-let campaign resulted in the full letting of the building, with Helical also commissioning us to produce the acquisition document for its disposal and sale to La Francaise Real Estate Partners International (LF REPI).
