Making a Mayfair masterpiece

80 Grosvenor Street is put simply, the best of the best in luxury, and then some! The spectacular location on one of London’s premier streets was mirrored on the inside with a beautiful interior that demanded a prestigious brand and pre-let campaign – one that epitomised style and unadulterated luxury. And at the entrance to the building is a public art display on Bourdon Street. Contemporary artist, Albert Oehlen, brings together abstract, figurative and computer-generated elements bringing vibrancy to the reception of this landmark building.

Online Presenting Tool
The online presenter, while built like a website to share interactive content, placed the sales and marketing reins firmly in the hands of the agents. With interactive floorplans, photography hotspots, and information at their fingertips, this was no linear presentation but one that the agents could use to tell the story of the building, tailored to their potential tenant. It will also form the foundations for the completion campaign – the perfect fairytale ending.
