The Arbour at 143 Long Acre is a mixed-use gateway property into London’s Covent Garden. As it has retail on both ground and first floors, but offices above, the campaign had to be adaptable for both target audiences.
For retail, we noted how the prominent position of The Arbour makes it a real statement of intent for any retailer wanting to stand out in the market. Because it’s on the junction the property enjoys remarkable footfall, so that was a selling point for retailers that we chose to feature. To emotively capture just how very busy the location is, we created a time-lapse film. One that would appeal to any potential retail tenants. While for prospective office tenants, we chose to feature not just the excellent location, but the fact the offices were fitted out and ready for immediate occupation.
