31 Great Marlborough Street is a gateway building to world-famous Carnaby Street. A prominent corner plot sitting right in the thick of the action. The offices here are spread over three floors, with a large roof terrace on the fourth. This space is ideal for a creative company looking to make a stylish statement of intent for their business. <\/span>Our task was to encapsulate all the remarkable essence of Carnaby, recognising it as the iconic destination location that it is, as well as creating a campaign that would bring to Carnaby the right type of occupier. <\/span><\/p>\n

After scratching our heads, we came up with Hairstyles. <\/span>Carnaby Street has been Soho\u2019s epicentre for cultural \u2018trend setters\u2019 since the late 1950\u2019s. We used hairstyles to snapshot the generations of trendsetters that have hung out, shopped and worked in and around Carnaby Street. <\/span>The message was simple – is your business setting trends? Then this is the place you really need to be.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Trend-setters need merch! This was the perfect campaign to have fun with branded merchandise. The short-run of bags and t-shirts were coveted by the team – but only available to those trend-setting potential tenants. A perfect fit for the retail heaven that is Carnaby.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Smartly turned out but far from edgy, perhaps our agents were never destined to set the fashion world alight but they do understand property and are on hand to help with any queries you may have.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At a trim 2,300 sq. ft, 31 Great Marlborough Street still stands out from the crowd. A small yet iconic building with beautifully refurbished offices is a gateway landmark onto Carnaby Street itself. Our stylish campaign was successful and the property was successfully let across all floors.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
