Our first project on the prestigious King’s Cross Estate turned out to be a real showpiece for us. Q1 is a vibrant, fresh, development that has
flowered in a location steeped in heritage and history. It’s the latest destination for art to flourish, design to find a home and creativity to take wing. Argent’s brief to us was very simple. Come up with something they hadn’t done before, and make it a concept and piece of marketing that stood out.
So, we commissioned six graduate artists, all working in very different creative mediums, to express how Q1 inspired them. The results were surprising, intriguing, unexpected and very exciting. A true reflection, in fact, of Q1’s ethos and possibilities. Our work won the Best Marketing Campaign (Offices) at The Property Marketing Awards 2019. Something we and the client were delighted about.

The campaign was founded on arts and ideas – not just ours, but also yours. And so we put together an art pack, complete with the brochure, with pages ready for scribbling on, using the pencils we provided – and not to mention a handy art bag.
